Due to hygiene reasons body jewellery is not returnable unless faulty. Please make sure to order the correct size of jewellery for your piercing as bars cannot be exchanged
If an item arrives broken, or develops a fault inside 4 weeks, please let us know, and we will replace or repair the item for you.
We do not refund broken or faulty items.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so any time up until the parcel has been shipped. In the event of cancellation any money you have paid will be refunded in full. You may also change your order any time up until it is sent. If you wish to change your order (for example, you realise you've ordered the incorrect size) please inform us by e-mail. Orders cancelled after shipment encur a 15% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of postage and payment processing charges involved.
If you have received an incorrect item, please inform us within 7 days by e-mail or in writing, providing a picture of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out.
